Terms of service
The terms for using WavePay: the service, accounts and keys, fees and taxes, acceptable use, refunds and chargebacks, availability, liability and governing law.
Updated · TeraTech Solutions (Private) Limited
1. The service
WavePay provides checkout, licensing and a payments ledger over third-party payment providers. We are not a bank, we do not lend, and (unless a page says otherwise) we do not hold your funds: the provider you connect pays you. We are not the merchant of record.
2. Your account and keys
You are responsible for your keys and for what is done with them. Keep them secret, revoke any that may have leaked, and tell us promptly. You must give accurate details and have the right to use the provider accounts you connect.
3. Fees and taxes
Fees are the plan and usage fees on the pricing page (also at pricing.json), exclusive of VAT where it applies, billed monthly in arrears. Provider fees, bank charges and transfer taxes are paid by you to the provider at cost; we add no markup. We may change prices on notice; a change does not affect a month already billed.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use WavePay for anything illegal, for goods or services the providers prohibit, to test stolen payment instruments, to evade provider rules, to attack or overload the service, or to access data that is not yours.
5. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
Refunds go through the provider. Disputes and chargebacks are between you, the buyer and the provider, and the liability for them is yours. We help with records.
6. Providers and crypto
Each provider's own terms apply to its rails and may limit what it will process or where it operates. Crypto payments to T3raTech's own sales are irreversible once confirmed and are settled when the exchange credits the exact amount quoted.
7. Availability
We aim for a reliable service and publish status, but unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise we do not promise uninterrupted service. Providers can fail independently of us.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending
You may stop at any time and disconnect your accounts. We may suspend a merchant who breaks these terms or the providers' rules, or whose use creates risk, and will say why where we can.
10. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe and disputes go to its courts, without limiting rights you have as a consumer elsewhere. We will post changes with a new date.
